"My Family and I met Nate Jarvis at the end of 2017 in search for the perfect family home. As a first time home owner in Denver Colorado we had very little knowledge regarding all the legalities and processes of purchasing a home, We Started looking at our options online to give us an idea as to what we would be able to afford as new home owners.

With the competitive market in Denver and the rate at which open houses would go under contract we decided to start contacting realtors in hope of finding someone who could guide us through the process. We Met Nate for a cup of coffee and after our first meeting we immediately felt comfortable talking to him, asking questions that we had and explaining our situation with regards to our options since we were first time home buyers / owners. Being new in Denver Nate noted our requirements and told us he was going to get back to us with listings we may be interested in.

We received an email from Nate a few days later and as promised, Nate had sent us a list of homes that he wanted to show us, Not only did he send us information electronically but he had also arranged viewings for us, We met for a second time and the search begins! On our first day Nate managed to show us a total of 5 houses, Houses in areas we requested specifically, his Knowledge of the homes, Locations and school Districts gave us all the information we required.

Nate Kept on sending us listings that met our requirements and kept on arranging viewings for us, we even changed our minds on areas a couple of times and Nate kept on accommodating our requests, This is when we realized that we had found some one who was willing to find us our family home, a person with integrity, a person with the dedication to make certain we found what we were looking for and most of all a gentleman who we could trust and rely on, the initiative and hard work he put into finding listings that met our needs was amazing and till date we thank Nate for everything he did to point us in the right direction. We had not even signed with Nate or Keller Williams to be our agent but Nate still stood by us and kept us updated with new listings and viewings. Truly A Gentleman who isn’t after making a quick sale but an honest, kind and professional person that we will always be great full to, for finding us our first family home. Thank you Nate.

We finally had our closing on the 16th of February 2018 and like always Nate was present , ready to answer any queries we had, ready to assist with anything we were unsure about, Educated us on how every process was to be handled from our finances to our sprinkler system, We had found our home!

I would like to thank Nate for making a dream into a reality, I personally have never met someone so kind, so professional and so warm, I would recommend Nate to any one looking for a home without thinking twice or with any hesitation.
